Welcome to my blog where I share about my tutoring options as well as the course that I will offer during the 2010 summer. More details about those can be found in the following posts.
Who am I? First of all, I am child of God, called, saved and covered by His Grace. Next, I am a wife to an amazing man, Al, married since 2000. I am also a mother to two amazing children, Addie and Alden. Thanks to The Potter's School (pottersschool.org) and this tutoring, I am able to stay home with my children. Before I had my children, I was an English teacher for 7.5 years, where I worked with both remedial and gifted middle schoolers. I loved it- and thanks to the online world, I still can! Now the chance to be a part of your family, if you so choose, during the summer months, is exciting!
It is my hope that my enthusiasm for literature and the joy of finding glimmers of God and His amazing Grace in it, will spark a passion for learning in your child and help them cultivate a strong Biblical World View.

- I am middle school teacher, but most importantly, I am a wife to an amazing husband, mother to 4 amazing children-Adeline, Alden, Annalise and Asher and the owner of a very hairy dog. My life is full of blessings, some of them disguised, which I hope comes across in these entries.
